We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on eligible Fuuti products.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days from the date of delivery.

2. Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, the product must:

  • Be returned within 30 days of delivery
  • Be in good physical condition
  • Include all original components, accessories, and packaging
  • Not show signs of excessive damage, misuse, or unauthorized modification

Products that do not meet these conditions may not qualify for a refund.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items may not be eligible for return:

  • Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper handling
  • Products returned without original accessories or components
  • Products modified or altered by the user
  • Items marked as final sale

4. Damaged or Incorrect Products

6. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

We recommend using a trackable shipping method when returning products.

Fuuti is not responsible for items lost during return shipping.

7. Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.

If approved:

  • Processing time may take 5–10 business days

Payment processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Payments processed through services such as Stripe or PayPal may take additional time to appear in your account.

8. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange your product for another item, we recommend placing a new order for the desired item and contacting our support team to arrange the return of the original product.

Exchanges are subject to product availability.

9. Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must follow the return process outlined in this policy.

10. Discount Code Policy

If a discount code or promotional offer was used on an order:

  • The discount value will not be refunded or transferred
  • Refunds will only be issued for the amount actually paid

11. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund:
